Shipping
Yes, you can collect the item for free from Unit 8, West Link Business Park, Manchester, M50 1EW. Items are ready from 1 hour after ordering, however when you are notified that they are ready you will need to book your collection in via the email you will receive.

FREE DPD Next Working Day shipping when you spend over £100 +VAT. Please note, props valued over £100 are excluded, and shipping charges will still apply due to size.

If you spend more than £100 + VAT you will get free shipping on your order. Please note, props valued over £100 are excluded, and shipping charges will still apply due to size.
There is no lead time on small props valued under £100, these will be dispatched in the same way as balloons and accessories. You can expect your items the next working day if you order before 2pm.

Painting
No, our props come plain and unpainted. Upon ordering, you will receive a simple painting guide to help you. It is very easy to do.
