Shipping
Yes, you can collect the item for free from Unit 8, West Link Business Park, Manchester, M50 1EW. The same 14 working day lead time applies, and you must book your collection in advance. You'll be notified when it is ready to collect.
England, Wales, Scotland: Shipping starts at £60 + VAT for one prop; £10 + VAT for each additional 2D prop added after this; £20 + VAT for adding a 3D prop.
Northern Ireland: £120 + VAT for up to two 2D props; £142 + VAT for more than two 2D props or any 3D props.

The standard lead time is 14 working days, including delivery time. This applies to all items except custom orders.
If you need your prop sooner, select the express option above and contact us beforehand on Whatsapp at +447457405201 to confirm availability.
You must also complete the required form after ordering to state the agreed date.

Yes, you can split your purchase into 3 with KLARNA. Simply choose KLARNA at checkout.
If you use PayPal you may also opt to use Paypal Credit to complete your order.

Previously, we added VAT at checkout, but now we display prices inclusive of VAT upfront to eliminate surprises. You can also see the price excluding VAT in red underneath the main price.
Yes, you still have to pay VAT on purchases from a company that charges it, even if you are not VAT registered. The VAT is included in the price you pay for goods or services, and it applies to all consumers, regardless of their VAT registration status.

No, our props come plain and unpainted. Upon ordering, you will receive a simple painting guide to help you. It is very easy to do.
